Manpower Forklift Driver & Warehouse Worker – 1st Shift
Location: Greater Charleston, WV
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: Up to $17/hr or $680/Week plus Overtime Eligible
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

2. Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
Operate a forklift to safely pull stock, load orders, and unload materials
Read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions
Perform accurate shipping, receiving, and weekly cycle counts
Verify incoming inventory counts
Prepare shipping documents using a computer and RF scanner
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safety‑focused warehouse
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
Participate in continuous improvement processes
Lift 50–100 lbs as required
Perform additional duties assigned by the Department Supervisor
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Forklift experience (required)
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs assisted
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Cooperative, team-oriented attitude
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Safety-conscious mindset
Nice-to-Have
Prior warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
Experience with RF scanners
Familiarity with basic computer systems
