Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (24 hours/week schedule, 36-hour option also available)

A Meaningful Role in Behavioral Health
HealthSource Saginaw is seeking skilled RNs to support its psychiatric units, serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Nurses in this role must be comfortable floating between units, including the adolescent psych unit, and should demonstrate strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality mental health care.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with mental health and substance use disorders
Use clinical judgment to respond appropriately to crises or behavioral changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient stabilization and treatment
Float between psych units as needed throughout the contract, based on patient needs
Complete all documentation according to facility standards

Minimum Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan
CPR certification
TB/health requirements per state regulation
Minimum age: 18
Comfort working on adolescent psych units (required)
Willingness to float to all psychiatric units
Compensation
- Local RN rate: $45/hour
