As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's physical spaces are clean, safe and ready for business. You will also be responsible for identifying and repairing any problems or breakdowns related to our building equipment or the property itself. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who is able to work on-site. We would prefer experience with general maintenance, snow plowing, and lawn care though training is available.
Responsibilities: • Maintain common grounds. • Perform preventive maintenance. • Tum units in a timely fashion. • Build small structures from wood or metal. • Operate vehicles, tractors, and lawn mowers. • Keep a clean and safe work space. • Lawn care. • Snow plowing/removal.
