Network Services Group Office Support Specialist in Saginaw, Michigan
The Office Support Specialist is responsible for supporting daily office operations within a Technology Service Provider (TSP) environment. This role provides administrative, organizational, and client-facing support while assisting technical and service teams to ensure efficient workflows, professional communication, and a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across departments
- Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and service coordination
- Support service delivery teams with documentation and ticket-related tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and internal documentation
- Assist with proposal preparation, reports, and client communications
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office logistics
- Track and maintain office supplies and operational needs
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and system updates
- Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and team activities
Support billing, purchasing, or basic accounting functions as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
