Title: Volunteer Coordinator
Facility: Mease Countryside Hospital
Responsibilities Include:
Under the direction of the Manager of Volunteer Resources, has full responsibility for the volunteer program on designated campus(es).
Supports departmental budget
Maintains oversight of summer volunteer teen program
On-going program assessment
Daily supervision and scheduling of adult and student volunteers
New service development
Recruitment and retention
Volunteer training
Other aspects of the daily management of the program

Experience
Required - 2 years working with Volunteers
Or - 2 years Human Resources
Education
Required - High School or Equivalent
Preferred - Associates in Related Field
Location: Safety Harbor, FL
Status: Full Time; Exempt
Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
