Aerotek Set Up Technician in Saddle Brook, New Jersey
Job Title: Set Up Technician
Location: Saddle Brook, NJ
As a Set Up Technician, you will be responsible for the set ups and adjustments of injection blown molding and extrusion blown molding machinery. You will work with 10-15 machines on-site, performing cold starts, quality adjustments, head cleaning, and knife setups, while ensuring proper documentation such as work orders and quality assurance records.
Perform set ups and adjustments for injection blown molding and extrusion blown molding machinery.
Manage cold starts, make quality adjustments, and perform head cleaning and knife setups.
Document work orders and maintain quality assurance records.
Conduct preventive maintenance and basic maintenance repairs.
Prepare and process parts according to work orders.
Maintain inspection logs and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in injection molding and machine operation.
Knowledge of extrusion processes.
Mechanical inclination and familiarity with production machinery, including safety, operation, components, and controls.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with processing parts and prepping work orders.
Familiarity with inspection logs and preventive maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saddle Brook, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
