Bounce Therapy ABA Technician in Saddle Brook, New Jersey
Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and caring ABA Technician to join our team for in-home clients located in the Saddle Brook, NJ area! Shift offered - 3:30pm to 6:30pm $ 28-30. Rate negotiable based on level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
Work 1:1 with children in their home environment
Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition
Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Availability during after-school hours.
