ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Sacramento, California
Our client, a leading organization in the education and technology sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery department supporting multiple enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sacramento, California
Pay Range: $56
What's the Job?
Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects including network, servers, cloud, data centers, UC, and security initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure project success.
Facilitate organizational change management and business process re-engineering activities.
Oversee project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts for stakeholders and oversight entities.
What's Needed?
Minimum of five (5) years of responsible project management experience within the IT Infrastructure domain.
Proficiency with PMP and Agile methodologies, including Waterfall project management experience.
Experience managing large-scale projects involving organizational change management and business process improvement.
Two (2) years of experience in a higher education environment is desirable.
Current PMP certification or Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
