ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Sacramento, California

Our client, a leading organization in the education and technology sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery department supporting multiple enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, California

Pay Range: $56

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects including network, servers, cloud, data centers, UC, and security initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure project success.

  • Facilitate organizational change management and business process re-engineering activities.

  • Oversee project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts for stakeholders and oversight entities.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of five (5) years of responsible project management experience within the IT Infrastructure domain.

  • Proficiency with PMP and Agile methodologies, including Waterfall project management experience.

  • Experience managing large-scale projects involving organizational change management and business process improvement.

  • Two (2) years of experience in a higher education environment is desirable.

  • Current PMP certification or Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
