Robert Half Logistics Coordinator in Sacramento, California
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sacramento, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and handle critical logistics and operations tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Utilize computer systems and software platforms, including Salesforce, to track and manage logistics and operational data.
• Coordinate patient intake processes while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with Veterans Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support cross-functional teams by sharing updates and ensuring alignment on logistics activities. Requirements • Proven experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and typing skills, with familiarity in Salesforce being a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Experience with patient intake processes and related administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of Veterans Affairs operations or similar government-related services is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
