The Position
Join Roche's Global Digital Hub as a Digital Support Specialist and play a vital role in strengthening our digital capabilities across the organization. In this technically-qualified position, you will support global stakeholders in executing our digital strategy, managing our multi-faceted digital ecosystem, and delivering excellence across websites, web applications, CRM systems, and editorial tools. You'll be the first point of contact for digital platform requests and will partner with Roche Divisions and affiliates to help them achieve their business goals through innovative digital tactics and solutions.
The Opportunity
As a Digital Support Specialist, you will:
Support and manage websites, CRM systems, and other digital platforms, serving as the first point of contact for all platform-related requests
Consult with business partners to understand their needs, identify gaps, and suggest new digital tactics and opportunities to help them reach their goals
Establish process governance principles and maintain documentation as a center of excellence in business process management
Monitor and respond to customer queries via inbox and ticketing systems, providing comprehensive support in digital content and platform management
Publish and manage content across Roche websites and digital platforms, while supporting digital projects for tool implementation and development
Analyze digital performance and trends, providing strategic recommendations and guiding stakeholders through training to build common knowledge across the organization
Build reporting metrics that support the business in meeting KPIs and continuing their growth trajectory
Who You Are
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields
1- 3 years of experience working with CRM systems, platforms, or website management
Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Ability to consult, partner, and communicate effectively with diverse global stakeholders
Skilled in digital content management, publishing, and development across multiple platforms
Nice to Have:
Experience with project management tools or project management background
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or digital analytics tools
Experience in a global or matrix organizational environment
