Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) , ensuring accurate and reliable data for maintenance planning and execution.
Review and interpret engineering drawings such as GA , P&ID , SLD , PFD , and related documents (equipment dossiers, SPIR list, valve parts, OEM, OMM) for CMMS input.
Manage and update maintenance data in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules , ensuring data integrity and alignment with operational needs.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure all asset and equipment data is accurately reflected in the CMMS.
Analyze equipment maintenance records to optimize maintenance strategies and improve equipment reliability.
Generate reports and dashboards to track maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and spare parts management.
Support the development of preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for maintenance documentation and data management.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree in any engineering or science field from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry with three (3) years in a similar position for the related scopes.
Knowledge of engineering drawings such as GA , P&ID , SLD , PFD , and other related documents ( equipment dossiers , SPIR list , valve parts , OEM , OMM , etc.).
Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management Modules .
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage and interpret complex maintenance data.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
