*SUMMARY: *Maintain Electrical and Instrumental systems in a mine and process environment. Work in a team environment internally and externally within the E and I Department. Preserve personal safety and the safety of coworkers. Learn new things and teach others, so that we can improve as individuals and as a team.
MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Electrical and Instrumentation experience.
- Must be familiar with 3-phase, 480-volt motor circuitry and basic trouble-shooting techniques.
- Must be able to follow blueprints, sketches, diagrams and manuals for installation and troubleshooting circuitry.
- Experience with medium and high voltage switchgear switching and troubleshooting required.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA-70E is required.
- A valid Driver's License.
- Preferred: 2+ years mining experience in Electrical and Instrumentation preferred.
- Preferred:Working knowledge of MSHA laws, particularly those pertaining to electrical and instrumentation installation and maintenance is a plus.

*WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: *
- Heavy: Exerting 50 to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or 25 to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 lbs. of force constantly. Physical demand requirements are greater than that required for Medium Work.
