Minimum Qualifications
Six years of economic stability social services experience; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of economic stability social services experience; OR
A bachelor's degree plus three years of economic stability social services experience; OR
An advanced degree in a social sciences field, business, public, or health administration plus two years of economic stability social services experience.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Supervises Social Services Analysts by assigning, reviewing, and evaluating work, providing training and guidance across assigned units or multiple parishes
Maintains program integrity by staying current on all aspects of Economic Stability programs and ensuring adherence to established standards
Leads conciliation processes by investigating complaints, interviewing involved parties, and resolving disputes related to program participation
Prepares and analyzes reports by reviewing records for quality assurance and compiling data and statistical information to support program operations
Develops staff through onboarding, ongoing training, and conferences designed to enhance skills, efficiency, and professional growth
Interprets and applies federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to staff and stakeholders
Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal partners while promoting professionalism, managing conflict effectively, and ensuring timely completion of work objectives
