Adecco is seeking dependable, motivated individuals for Entry-Level Press Operator positions on 3rd shift with a leading manufacturing partner. No experience? No problem—we provide on-the-job training!
In this role, you’ll operate automatic and semi-automatic injection molding machines, visually inspect plastic parts, and package finished products. If you enjoy hands-on work, a steady routine, and being part of a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do
Essential Job Functions:
Inspect each part for quality and compare to specifications
Trim, clip, or remove excess plastic as needed
Track defects in a computer database
Properly pack, label, and stack finished products
Maintain accurate logs and box counts
Operate injection molding equipment following procedures and safety rules
Assist with grinding, rework, and general production tasks
Keep your work area clean and organized
Report machine issues or abnormalities immediately
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level job—no previous manufacturing experience required, but you’ll be successful if you:
Have strong attention to detail
Can follow written and verbal instructions
Communicate effectively with coworkers
Are punctual, reliable, and safety-focused
Can perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Are willing to learn and try new tasks
Can stand for most of the shift and lift boxes of varying weights
Physical Requirements
You’ll be:
Standing, walking, or reaching frequently
Lifting boxes up to 50 lbs at various heights
Handling small parts, labels, and packaging materials
Working around moving equipment, plastic materials, and occasional fumes

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
