A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a skilled hourly workforce while driving daily safety culture, quality, delivery, and cost performance on the shop floor. Your day includes engaging directly with operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring production goals are met. This is a high‑visibility role where strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential!

Ensure consistent quality throughout allproduction processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives andlead teams through change.
Mentor, coach, and hold direct reportsaccountable to performance expectations.
Foster a respectful, collaborative workenvironment across the team.
Maintain urgency and focus to meet customerdelivery commitments.
What You Bring
Must have a High School diploma/GED that can beverified; Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is preferred.
5+ years of experience leading a team of hourlyemployees in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverseenvironment and resolve conflict constructively
Commitment to maintain a safe and compliantworkplace in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functionaloperations and engineering teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools;ability to learn new systems quickly.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
