Job Description
Nous recherchons un Responsable international des opérations logistiques et d’entrepôt (H/F) pour notre département Pièces de rechange .
Vos missions
Logistique internationale
Gérer les flux logistiques depuis l’enlèvement chez les fournisseurs jusqu’à la livraison à nos clients internationaux, y compris les formalités douanières et les exigences en matière d’import/export.
Résoudre les problèmes tout au long de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
Aider l’équipe à hiérarchiser et à gérer efficacement les demandes concurrentes.
Gestion d’un entrepôt externalisé (CEVA)
Assurer la gestion quotidienne de la relation avec le CEVA, en veillant à ce que les niveaux de service soient atteints et que les dépenses engagées offrent le meilleur rapport qualité/prix.
Piloter des revues opérationnelles régulières
Suivre et gérer les performances au regard des KPI convenus
Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus, en collaboration avec CEVA, afin d’intégrer de meilleures méthodes de travail.
Coordonner avec les équipes internes Pièces de rechange dans le monde entier
Veiller à ce que les opérations restent conformes aux réglementations internationales, aux politiques de GE Vernova et aux exigences légales.
Fiabilité des stocks
Garantir la fiabilité des stocks dans l’entrepôt central européen.
Mettre en place les contrôles, inventaires et mesures correctives appropriés afin de préserver leur intégrité.
Traiter les écarts avec rigueur : en rechercher les causes profondes et éviter leur réapparition grâce à un processus de commande numérique.
Reporting et amélioration continue
Maintenir et développer des KPI, des outils et des rapports offrant une visibilité claire des performances opérationnelles
Utiliser les données pour identifier les tendances, appuyer la prise de décision et mettre en évidence les axes d’amélioration.
Adopter les principes Lean au quotidien et encourager leur adoption chez les autres.
Profil :
Minimum Bac+3
Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en logistique internationale, avec, idéalement une expérience en gestion des stocks et des matériaux
L'expérience en logistique internationale est obligatoire
Excellente connaissance des procédures et de la réglementation applicable en matière d'import/export
Expérience démontrée sur un ERP
Bonnes connaissances de la gestion des entrepôts et des procédures de magasinage
Anglais courant

Job Purpose
The Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that warehousing and logistics operations for the GE PC spare parts team run compliantly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. With approximately £1.5m of third party contract spend under management, this role requires someone who is organised, accountable and customer focused — applying a SQDC mindset to day to day decisions and always looking for ways to improve how we operate.
Parts are held in a 3rd party European central warehouse (CEVA), and this role is the primary point of contact for that relationship.
What You Will Do
3rd Party Warehouse Management (CEVA)
Day to day management of the CEVA relationship, ensuring service levels are met and spend delivers value for money
Lead regular operational reviews and escalate or resolve issues in a timely manner
Track and manage performance against agreed KPIs, driving accountability where standards are not met
Identify and implement process improvements, working collaboratively with CEVA to embed better ways of working
Coordinate with internal PC Parts teams globally where warehouse activity has wider impact
Ensure operations remain compliant with international regulations, GE Policy and legal requirements
End-to-End Logistics
Manage the logistics flow from supplier collection through to customer delivery, including customs and export/import requirements
Resolve issues along the supply chain promptly, keeping customer impact front of mind
Support the team in prioritising and managing competing demands effectively
Inventory Accuracy
Take ownership of inventory accuracy across the European central warehouse
Put in place appropriate controls, counts and corrective actions to maintain integrity
Treat discrepancies seriously — investigate root causes and prevent recurrence through the NC process
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Maintain and develop KPIs, tools and reports that give clear visibility of operational performance
Use data to identify trends, support decision making and highlight areas for improvement
Embrace lean principles in daily working and encourage the same in others
Your Role in the Parts Co Team
Work closely with colleagues across the Parts business locally and globally, contributing to a one team approach
Liaise with key stakeholders on shared tools and processes
Bring a practical, solutions focused mindset to operational challenges
Support the development of lean ways of working across the team

Qualifications / Requirements:
Educated to degree or HNC levels or equivalentknowledge and experience.
A working background of inventory/ materials management and international logistics experience
A working understandingof export/importprocedures
Must be experienced withanERP
A working understandingof warehouse management and stores procedures
User of Microsoftoffice packages including advance knowledge in Excel or data management tools
