ELEMENTARY TEACHER Roy School District 74 is looking for a K-1 Elementary Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Roy K-12 Schools is looking for enthusiastic teachers for the 2026-2027 school year. This rural school runs on a four-day school week with small class sizes and supportive staff and parents. Affordable district-owned housing is available within walking distance to the school. Health insurance and extracurricular positions are available. Salary wages are STARS Act compliant. UNIVERSAL OBLIGATIONS/EXPECTATIONS OF EACH STAFF MEMBER: It is the expectation of the District that each staff member will: (1) put the safety, health and well-being of students at the forefront of all actions, job responsibilities and decisions, and (2) undertake all duties in alignment with the District's Strategic Plan. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: You will develop and deliver lesson plans for all grade levels, monitor student performance, maintain classroom order and student safety, collaborate with other teachers and aides, communicate with parents, and comply with Board policies, rules and regulations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Appropriate license or endorsement in accordance with Montana state statutes and Board of Public Education rules.
