Insight Global Strategic Account Support Specialist in Round Rock, Texas
Job Description
The Strategic Account Support Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between Dover FS and its strategic accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Processing and managing equipment orders
Communicating order status and resolving customer inquiries
Generating customized quotes and reports
Handling claims, RMAs, and disputes
Supporting logistics and e-commerce issues
Validating equipment order forms and coordinating projects
Performing root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and Pareto

Bilingual
Experience with strategic accounts or subscription-based services
Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms
