Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurants recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
- Achieving company objectives in sales, service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of associates and creating a positive, productive working environment.
- Fill in where needed (as interim Manager, Supervisor, or Associate) to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.
- Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
What Were Looking For
- With this position, we dorequirea background of general food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions in a hotel or resort setting.
- Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant and supervisory experience of staff isa must.
- Itspreferred that you have at least 2 years ofdirectly relatedexperience, including experience with craft cocktails.
