Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, including identifying faulty components and determining repair or replacement needs.
- Repairs and Maintenance:Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, such as replacing faulty parts, cleaning coils, and calibrating equipment.
- Installation:Install new HVAC systems, including components like furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and duct work.
- Customer Service:Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms, and providing excellent customer service.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed, including service reports and inventory logs.
- Continuing Education:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations through ongoing training and certifications.
