System One Occupational Health Nurse in Round Lake, Illinois

Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse

Location: Round Lake, IL 100% Onsite

Type: Contract

Hours: 6AM to 6PM, schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (2-2-3 Schedule)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as an Occupational Health Nurse or LPN, ensuring a safe work environment for employees.

  • Work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with occupational health and safety professionals such as medicine, safety, and industrial hygiene teams.

  • Manage employee health programs and participate in safety initiatives at the facility.

  • Travel between buildings within the facility as needed to support patient care operations.

Requirements

  • Valid RN or LPN license with experience in occupational health or related fields.

  • Ability to work a 6AM to 6PM shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

  • Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and patient care procedures.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
