At our Rotterdam office, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless import operations for our Reefer customers. As the central link between clients, carriers, and internal teams, you’ll drive reliable, high-quality service across the entire logistics chain. How you create impact
Independently manage all customer communication and handle the complete import process for reefer cargo
Arrange pre-alerts, customs clearance, gas measurements, on‑carriage deliveries, and coordinate billing instructions
Communicate closely with customers, shipping lines, trucking partners, and internal departments
Proactively monitor operational performance and customer KPIs, continuously identifying and driving improvements
Ensure efficient, accurate administrative processes and prevent errors through structured, detail‑oriented work
Orchestrate the entire import process to guarantee smooth, timely handover of containers to customers
What we would like you to bring
A background in freight forwarding or similar, ideally in Sea Logistics
Experience with reefer cargo is highly beneficial
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
A customer-oriented mindset and the willingness to act proactively and fast in a dynamic environment
Flexibility and the ability to stay focused under pressure
Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus
