Here is what you will be doing each day:
As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll support the Front Office Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and motivating the Front Desk team, while ensuring all required company training is completed. You’ll oversee daily front desk operations, step in to assist guests and team members as needed, and help create a smooth, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back. From handling guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment to leading the team during busy shifts or emergencies, you’ll set the tone for service excellence. You’ll also assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and take the lead when the Front Office Manager is away.

Job Requirements:
Computer literacy Hotel
PMS experience an asset
Service oriented with an eye to supporting your internal guests
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Willingness to learn, develop & grow
Numerical acuity and high attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of financial data, reporting, & basic arithmetic functions
Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift)
Professional presentation
Must be willing to work overnights, holidays and weekends
Able to perform other duties as required
