What You’ll Do
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will:
Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems , including conveyors, baggers, scales, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.
Support both automated and traditional machinery , ensuring consistent, reliable operation across the plant.
Troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment, robotics, and PLC-controlled systems .
Perform preventative maintenance —daily, weekly, and monthly—to keep equipment operating at its best.
Work on welding, fabrication, and mechanical projects to support production uptime.
You’ll be the person others rely on to keep operations running strong—and you’ll have the freedom and trust to do your best work.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a technician who is skilled, curious, and eager to grow:
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with 3‑phase electrical systems , automation, conveyors, and reading schematics
Working knowledge of robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting
Ability to perform welding, fabrication, and basic boiler maintenance
3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
Nice-to-haves (not required):
Experience with automated machinery and robotics
Welding/fabrication experience
A low-pressure or special boiler license (or interest in earning one—we’ll help!)

This is a Permanent position based out of Roseville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.76 - $32.95/hr.
