Pediatric Home Service Inventory Analyst in Roseville, Minnesota

Position: Inventory Analyst Location: Minnesota, Texas and Florida Hours: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) THE POSITION Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and demand patterns to ensure optimal stock levels Identify risks such as shortages, excess, or obsolete inventory and take proactive action Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs (inventory turns, fill rates, aging, etc.) Develop and refine forecasting models to support planning and budgeting Partner cross-functionally with purchasing, operations, and clinical/logistics teams Lead root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements Support audits and ensure inventory accuracy across systems Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory strategy and forecasting THE COMPANY Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to children that are medically fragile since 1990. Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
