Aerotek Construction General Laborer in Roseville, Minnesota
Construction Laborer
$21/hr | 50–60 hrs/week | Contract-to-Hire
We’re hiring outdoor laborers to assist civil and utility construction crews based out of Hugo. This is physical work with steady overtime.
What You’ll Do
Shovel, hand‑grade, move materials
Assist operators and work around heavy equipment
Use basic hand tools
Lift and place pipeline materials
What You Need
Experience with landscaping, farm work, construction, concrete, or outdoor labor
Able to work 50–60 hrs/week in all weather
Valid driver’s license
Schedule & Locations
Start: 6:00–6:30 AM , 10–12 hr days
Meet at the Hugo shop and ride with crew
Majority of work is local MN
Occasional WI sites (Frederic, Rice Lake, Osceola, Balsam Lake)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
