Will be working a lot with walk-ins seeking assistance, providing a variety of resources, including clothing, food, and job assistance. Will be handling client intakes and scheduling appointments. You may also be responsible for overseeing and checking people into meetings as they arrive, and for making sure everything from the meeting is cleaned up.

Essential Job Functions:

• Facilitate client intake meetings for recovery home placement
• Drug test clients and record results
• Observe and document client progress
• Help client with wellness and recovery planning
• Provide clients, appointments, and walk-ins with resources such as food, clothing vouchers, job placement, and recovery meetings.
• Log clients into Live Rite website
• Collect client rent
• Respond to food and clothing applications that come through on the Live Rite website
• Fill out paperwork with clients for intakes and other needs
• Answer phones and emails, scheduling appointments and/or taking messages

Essential Qualifications:

• Must have verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal presentation
• Must have customer service skills
• Must be capable of organizing and managing a lot of information
• Attention to detail
• Must be reliable when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.

Education:

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.

Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Occasional evening shifts
• Occasional weekend shifts
