Skills and Requirements
• 0–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed)
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence
• Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated
• Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting)
• Must live within 15 minutes of the Roseville office/territory
• Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided)
• Fully onsite — no remote or hybrid work
