As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver in Rosemount, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including the interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and loading or receiving zones, as conditions vary by location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations involving team members, visitors, and delivery personnel.
Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by observing site activity, reporting unusual conditions, and communicating with location leadership and/or first responders when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
