Our Rosemount, MN facility is in need of an Operator-Scrap Bale to join our team! We are looking to fill our 2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm) Monday - Friday. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Empty scrap containers.
Empty containers on the production floor.
Bale all scrap.
Keep inventory of baling wire, all types of glue and hot melt.
Keep the work area clean and fill out the cleaning log.
Load scrap trucks.
Help bring in poly or paper to the tubing department with the forklift when needed.
Work other jobs as instructed by the Supervisor or Lead Person.
Any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continuity of production.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to bend, twist and kneel.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand continuously for 2 – 3 hours.
Ability to perceive colors.
Must have manual dexterity.
