Description
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring efficient order processing and overseeing warehouse activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing material flow.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the processing of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock management and prevent shortages.
• Implement and uphold best practices for warehouse organization and logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to streamline material flow and support production needs.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards.
Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with warehouse management software or related tools.
