Join a growing Cost Engineering team supporting 170+ capital, turnaround, and pipeline projects at Flint Hills Resources’ Pine Bend Refinery. In this high-visibility role, you’ll shape project outcomes through smart cost management, clear analytics, and strong collaboration across engineering and execution teams.

What You’ll Do
Manage cost forecasting, budgeting, and performance for capital and turnaround projects
Develop and maintain WBS/CBS structures and support Management of Change processes
Identify cost risks, opportunities, and key drivers through data-driven analysis
Deliver clear insights and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders
Leverage modern analytics, automation, and reporting tools to improve visibility and efficiency
Facilitate cost reviews and collaborate across disciplines to drive results
What You Bring
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in cost engineering within capital projects, turnarounds, or industrial environments
Comfort leading cost discussions and influencing cross-functional teams
Curiosity and drive to improve tools, processes, and how work gets done

This is a Contract position based out of Rosemount, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
