Reyes Holdings Manager, Corporate Systems Applications in Rosemont, Illinois
Position Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for HR business analysis, HR data management, Dynamics 365 administration, and financial systems support.
Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee the day-to-day management, stability, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365, HR data, and financial system integrations
Serve as a trusted partner to HR, HRIS, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions
Guide business analysis efforts, including process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, and solution validation
Establish and maintain governance practices for system changes, data integrity, access controls, and compliance requirements
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field with 6 plus years of related experience supporting enterprise HR and/or financial systems and 3 plus years leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in finance, procurement, or related modules.
Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, or analytics platforms is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of data and integration solutions using data lakes, data warehouses, ETL, APIs, and PowerBI reporting.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Master’s Degree
Experience with AI and automation toolsets
