We would love for you to join our team.Minimum requirements: • HS Diploma requiredResponsibilities: • Assume duties of the district aide in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies• Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees• Assisting students on classroom topics/courses• Building positive relationships• Re-enforcing tasks and homework• Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation• Assist in building a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students• Adapt to the various learning styles of students
