Large Homeowner Association in Roselle, Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Service Coordinator to oversee its maintenance and project management operations. Ideal candidate will possess basic maintenance skills as well as administrative skills. Prior experience working for a community association is preferred but not necessary. Above average communication, computer skills, and experience working with contractors and municipalities are essential to this position. Additional skills and experience include swimming pool maintenance (certified), as well as preparing and reviewing bid specifications.\ The Maintenance Service Coordinator is primarily responsible for reviewing, assigning, and completing service requests, including the basic maintenance operations of the clubhouse facilities. Other duties include assisting Management with obtaining and reviewing bids and supervising contractors to ensure all safety requirements are met throughout the community. Prior experience with swimming pool maintenance helpful.\ This is a NON-supervisory, hourly position. No on call but seasonal hours may apply. Attendance at monthly Board, Maintenance Committee, and/or other special meetings may be required from time to time. Prior experience with Yardi/Yardi Breeze Premier, as well as bilingual English/Spanish, are helpful but not required.\ Salary is commensurate with experience.
