ADP Senior Software Procurement Analyst in Roseland, New Jersey
ADP is hiring a Senior Software Procurement Analyst.

In this position, you will facilitate the acquisition and licensing of all software across ADP. In addition, you will be on a team to support all procurement functions ensuring proper lifecycle management of software assets, enforcement of standards and negotiation of favorable pricing.
It is important for the individual to be self-driven and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across the Enterprise. In addition, the analyst must possess an ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment while meeting procurement goals and business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Work with Internal Customers to facilitate request for quotes.
Assist Contract Managers with the negotiation of new and existing software agreements.
Understand and track software licensing/purchases across ADP.
Update and maintain the data integrity of the software purchases in collaboration with the Software Asset Management Team.
Prepare and track purchase requisitions.
Develop reports and metrics to measure adherence to processes, procedures, guidelines, and software license compliance.
Interact with the leadership internally within Procurement as well as across the enterprise to help properly track and forecast software purchases.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel computer software.
Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills is a MUST.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Possess a thorough understanding of purchase order processes and the accounting concepts related to software and maintenance agreement accounting treatment.
Experience collaborating and managing expectations with senior and executive leadership teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
Ability to work autonomously as well as cross-functionally with other Procurement, Legal, Business, Technical and Financial teams.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
Experience noted above, OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE : Preferred Qualifications
3-8 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, IT, Supply Chain, Software Asset Management, or related environment.
Experience with e-procurement and procurement software, like Ariba, is preferred.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $59,100.00 - USD $120,200.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
