ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Software Engineering at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading a team of data engineers and analytic content developers to support ADP’s Service Technology Modernization initiatives. Oversee day to day development activities to ensure best practices for data pipelines, data models and analytic content development are followed from initial design to deployment. Responsible for end to end ownership of Data as a Service and analytic solutions, from curated data and self-service BI models to leadership friendly visual dashboards and scorecards. Define and ensure that practices for Data Lakehouse and Analytics development and deployment are adopted by the team. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure data solutions meet the needs of analytic solutions. Work with BU and ADP Corporate leadership to define ongoing analytic needs, drive data standardization and ensure goodness of fit with technology stack. Provide standard, enterprise service metrics to ADP Corporate leadership, as needed. Work with team leadership and Technical Product Owners on roadmaps and project timelines.SALARY: $162,528 to $255,600 per year. The company will also accept a Master's degree and six (6) years of related experience. Four (4) years of experience must include: Data modeling principles/methods including conceptual, logical & physical Data Models for enterprise data lakes solutions; Enterprise Data Catalogs and Data Governance Practices; Business Intelligence tools (Power BI); Designing 3NF and dimensionally modeled data; JSON/XML and Schemas into translating/mapping relational data models; Cloud experience with bigdata environments (Databricks or Snowflake); Data analysis and modeling tools including Power Designer, ERWin, or ER/Studio; Data pipeline Optimization; and Database query languages (TSQL PL/SQL) and programming languages such as Python.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: To apply for this position, please respond to requisition 274480 at http://jobs.adp.com.
