ADP Technology Services, Inc. Senior Lead Product Manager in Roseland, New Jersey

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Senior Lead Product Managers at our Roseland, New Jersey location. Responsibilities: Responsible for solving complex business problems by analyzing data, building effective solutions/visualizations and communicating conclusions from your analyses to various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Perform analysis on disparate sets of data, continuously refining and honing until the best possible results are achieved. Build effective and visually rich dashboards and scorecards that reveal deep insights into their subject. Work with program stakeholders and business partners to design and deliver a wide variety of BI/Analytic related solutions ranging from dashboards and scorecards in PowerBI. Lead ad-hoc studies and analyses around digital technology adoption, utilization, and quality. Create and maintain documentation related to areas of study and analytic subjects such as data flow diagrams, data taxonomy, business glossary and data lineage. Work with service technology owners to drive ongoing improvements based on analyses. Provide demos and provide training and user support at all levels of the organization. Participate in early-adoption and proof of concept activities as appropriate. Foster and promote enterprise analytics and data-driven, strategic decision making. Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the changing needs and priorities of the projects and teams. Assist two junior BI/Analytics Solutions Analysts.SALARY: $169,541 - $255,600 per year. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Developing advanced visual analytics and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Python visualization libraries such as Matplotlib and Plotly to communicate insights to business stakeholders; Analysis skills involving complex data relationships; SQL query; R; Using PowerShell, Power Automate, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows across hybrid on-premise and cloud systems; Python for data transformation, statistical analysis, and machine-learning-based predictive modeling; Azure AD, SCCM, Lakeside; BI solutions and their component tiers: Data Integration/ETL, Data Warehouses/Marts, Business/Metadata layers, Dashboards/Reports; UI/UX best practices and visualization techniques to develop intuitive, interactive Analytic Solutions; SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and middleware tools; Data mining; Data science; ML; NLP techniques; PostgreSQL coding; AWS data services, including Amazon S3, Redshift, and AWS Glue; Relational and non-relational database systems, including Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB, for data modeling, optimization, and integration across enterprise analytics environments.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS: To apply for this position, please respond to requisition 275563 at http://jobs.adp.com.
