ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Lead Software Engineers at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, constructions, testing, reviews, and demonstrations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions. Participate in daily scrum calls to prioritize and track your work as well as be a mentor to other junior developers. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Design, develop, test, and refine software deliverables. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications.SALARY: $133,346 to $222,200 per year. The company will also accept a Master's degree and four (4) years of related experience.
