ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks Application Developers at our Roseland, New Jersey location. Responsibilities: Responsible for participating in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Work within a scrum team to bring the designs and ideas to life for new or improved applications. Work with clients, product managers, architects, software engineers, and more to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support companies with one to millions of employees. Follow agile methodology. Start each day with scrum calls to prioritize and track work. Choose user stories to work within a sprint cycle. Develop solutions and automation testing. Participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where the work is presented to stakeholders. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Create test plans, test cases, and scenarios for large-scale, complex software applications. Focus on the verification and validation of applications from an end-user perspective. Use technical expertise to review team's work and help people excel in an Agile environment. Deliver a polished, finished and bug-free product. SALARY: $105,267 to $142,200 per year. The company will also accept a Master's degree and two (2) years of related experience.
