Position: Parts Advisor
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time position offering 40--50 hours per week in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with parts inquiries
Help customers locate and order parts accurately and efficiently
Schedule and manage camper rentals
Perform daily cleaning and organization tasks
Fill propane tanks as needed
Provide general customer service support both in person and via email
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and people skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Comfortable with phone communication and email correspondence
Basic computer skills preferred
Dependable and team-oriented
