Cottage Grove Association Dining Hall Manager in Roscommon, Michigan
Cottage Grove Association located in the Higgins Lake area is seeking a full-time, seasonal Dining Hall Manager for the summer!
You will be managing a summer community dining hall during the summer season (June 12 - September 14th) including pre-season prep and post-season closing.
You will be managing and scheduling staff, completing food orders, maintaining budget and ensuring food safety handling requirements by being Serv-Safe Certified. Your team will be preparing buffet-style meals in the on-site dining hall. Prior managerial experience and Serve Safe Certification are both required. Salary will be $22k - $27k depending on experience and skills. Cooking skills are a plus! Hours will be approximately 60 hours per week. In addition to your salary, you will be guaranteed 25% of the tip pool which will be distributed at the end of the season.
