ManpowerGroup Quality Control Technician in Ronkonkoma, New York
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Ronkonkoma, NY
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Friday
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
What's the Job?
Perform in-process testing verifications of manufacturing and packaging data to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards.
Submit daily analytical and micro samples to quality control for testing, ensuring product safety and quality.
Conduct Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections to verify product quality standards are met.
Review in-process batch documentation for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to cGMPs and SOPs.
Participate in daily compliance audits and floor walks to maintain safety and quality standards across production areas.
What's Needed?
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Quality Assurance required
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to follow safety procedures and understand GMPs, SOPs, and GDPs.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, climb, and bend within a manufacturing environment.
