Lawn Care Crew Lead - Full-time

Apex Lawn & Landscape is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated Lawn Care Crew Lead to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and can lead a small crew with confidence and professionalism --- we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a lawn care crew (2--4 team members)
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Ensure properties are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Train new team members on equipment and safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients and management
- Maintain and care for equipment and vehicles
- Keep job sites clean and professional at all times
Qualifications:
- 1--3 years experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred)
- Prior leadership experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual

Wage Range: Pay based on experience
Schedule: Full time - Monday through Friday (schdule subject to weather)
