Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking team members to assist with a wide range of landscaping and outdoor construction services. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with installation and maintenance of landscaping projects
Work on hardscaping projects including patios, walkways, and driveways
Help build and install features such as:
Fire pits
Pergolas
Retaining walls
Outdoor kitchens
Install and maintain irrigation/sprinkler systems
Support water feature installs (ponds, waterfalls, etc.)
Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and equipment operation
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus (but not required)
