Hourly employees are eligible for year-end bonuses, and those who transition to direct employment receive a pay increase and eligibility for yearly bonuses. The leadership is actively involved on-site and demonstrates generosity toward employees. Once acclimated to the role, team members may enjoy added flexibility such as wearing one headphone or watching a show on their phone while working, supporting a more comfortable and personalized workday.
Work Environment

You will be stationed at a machine for the entirety of your shift, typically Monday through Friday, generally from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Production may occasionally end early around midday or extend to approximately 6:00 p.m., and overtime is calculated daily for any hours worked beyond eight in a day, regardless of weekly totals. Saturday work may occasionally be required, with notice provided by midweek. The dress code includes long pants, tennis shoes, and a T-shirt, with safety glasses provided by the company.
