MAT Holdings, Inc Warehouse Coordinator, 2nd Shift (Temporary/Contract) in Romeoville, Illinois
We are currently hiring a temporary Warehouse Office Coordinator for our Romeoville, IL distribution center. This role offers a unique schedule, beginning on 1st Shift to allow for comprehensive training and integration, with a planned transition to 2nd Shift after three weeks of training. This role offers a pathway to consideration for a direct-hire position based on performance and business needs.

The basic function is to receive incoming materials, process the necessary computer transactions, and ensure the orderly, timely movement of parts from receipt through shipment to the customer. 2026
Shift
Note: The transition to 2nd Shift is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime
$22.00/hour (overtime as needed)
Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts to ship material in a timely manner
Use SAP to create shipping documents such as Bills of Lading and shipping labels
Type routine correspondence with transportation, dispatch, and internal contacts
Maintain daily changes to account shipping schedules
Answer telephone calls in a timely manner, direct calls, and take messages
Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices
Perform routine clerical functions such as logging, recording, and filing as assigned
Document all appropriate information promptly and clearly
Operate self-sufficiently and desire to learn new processes
Other duties as assigned
High school graduate
At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse setting
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to be oriented and multitask
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Computer experience, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite
SAP experience is a plus
