We are seeking multiple reliable and hands‑on Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of high‑quality components in a clean, modern facility. The typical schedule will be 6:30AM - 3:00PM. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and comfortable lifting 50 pounds. Responsibilities
Assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, and blueprints.
Ensure proper fit and function by examining connections and fastening components securely.
Verify completed assemblies by taking accurate measurements.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment by following company procedures.
Complete production and quality documentation as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience using hand and power tools (including pneumatic tools and wrenches).
Assembly or mechanical production experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
Comfortable using tape measures and general production tools.
Work Environment
Work inside a clean, new building alongside a collaborative warehouse and production team.
1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM with OT available
Steel‑toe or safety shoes required; high‑visibility vests provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Romeoville, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
