Black River Ale House is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys working independently.
Position Details: Schedule: Nights and weekends required Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE depending on experience)
Location: Black River Ale House
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items including wings, pizza, and other simple dishes. Manage kitchen operations independently during shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Wash dishes and keep up with kitchen sanitation standards. Ensure food is prepared quickly, safely, and consistently.
Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-energy kitchen One-person show must be comfortable multitasking and working solo
Qualifications: Reliable with dependable transportation Ability to work nights and weekends Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not requiredwere willing to train the right person
