As a Junior Groups & Events Sales Executive , you’ll be the first touchpoint for our clients from first enquiry to confirmed business.
YOUR MISSION
Handle Groups & Events enquiries with speed, precision, and style
Turn client needs into tailored proposals
Support conversion from opportunity to confirmed business
Work closely with all departments to bring events to life
Keep the sales pipeline active, organized, and moving
This is not just admin.
This is sales in motion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Respond to enquiries (email, phone, systems) in a timely, brand-aligned way
Qualify leads and identify business potential
Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contracting
Follow up consistently to drive conversion
Support upselling across rooms, spaces, F&B, and experiences
Coordinate with Operations, F&B, Rooms, and Events teams
Support BEO preparation and operational handovers
Keep CRM and pipeline updated and accurate
